Recipe:
2 cups gluten-free graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Marshmallows
Chocolate
Pulse the graham crackers and add unsalted butter then press the crust into a mini muffin tin. Bake the crust for 350F for 6-8 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes then top with chocolate and marshmallow halves and pop back in the oven for 2 minutes. To get that toasty top, put 8 inches away from broiler for 1 minutes (maybe less). You will need to watch this last step closely as the marshmallow can burn easily!
Pop in your mouth and enjoy!
