I live in Kentucky now, but I spent two decades calling Southern California home. SoCal food to me means two things, seafood and Latin American cuisine. I've been feeling a bit nostalgic for those flavors this summer, so today, I'm making salmon tacos, but as always, there are no rules when it comes to comfort food. So it's no surprise that I will add a few unique twists to this dish, like my pretty purple cabbage slaw and fire-roasted pineapple salsa.
