date maamoul معمول بالتمر Date cookies 1k gram date 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cardamom low the heat and cook for 5 minutes 250g unsalted butter 1 cup icing sugar 1/2 cup oil 2 tsp vanilla 10 piece kiri cheese 4 cup plain flour 14 cup rose water Bake at 180c for 25 minute or until golden brown 1 كيلو جرام تمر 1 ملعقة كبيرة سمن 1 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة 1 ملعقة صغيرة هيل أخفضي الحرارة واطهي لمدة 5 دقائق 250 جرام زبدة غير مملحة 1 كوب سكر بودرة 1/2 كوب زيت 2 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا 10 قطع جبنة كيري 4 كوب دقيق عادي 14 كوب ماء ورد تُخبز على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 25 دقيقة أو حتى يصبح لونها بنياً ذهبياً
