Ingredients:
Urad Dal - 1 + 1/2 Cup
Salt - as per taste
Water - as needed to grind
Ginger - small piece
Green Chilli - 2
Curry Leaves - 15 - 20
Asafoetida - small piece
Oil - for deep frying
Makes : 12 - 15 vadas
Note : 1 cup = 250 ml
