Ingredients
Maida/All purpose flour 1 1/4 cups
Brown Sugar/White sugar 1 cup powdered
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Melted Salted Butter 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips 3-4 tbsp
Dark chocolate chunks 1 cup
Method
1. Sieve together the flour/maida and baking soda, atleast 3 times.
2. Take the powdered sugar in a mixing bowl, add the melted butter and beat with an electric beater for 2 minutes. Add in the egg and vanilla essence. Beat until soft and creamy.
3. Fold in the flour mixture in intervals. Finally mix in the chocolate chunks and chocolate chips.
4. Cling wrap the bowl and keep inside the fridge for 1 hour.
5. Remove and make small balls and keep on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Keep sufficient gap in between them to expand in size.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius, or until the sides of the cookies turns brown.
7. Transfer the cookies onto a wire rack and cool completely. Enjoy the yummy Cookies 😋
