Idli Using idli rava or rice rava - This idli cannot be compared to the traditional idlis made by soaking rice and dal but this comes handy when you run out of time or too lazy to use the wet grinder. I have made it in mixie and it was super soft and delicious. It tastes more like the idlis we get in hotels. Do try and leave your feedback.
