Z Drop Lock Starter Punish Example: Ryu

I'm finally getting consistent with the z drop starter, allowing for conversions from footstool nairlocks to turnip locks and enabling 85%+ punishes rather than 40% punishes. The entire lock chain is true off of a missed down tilt tech, or off a low % dair if they don't DI away before the footstool.
