Ingredients
□ 2 finely chopped tomatoes
□ 1 finely chopped capsicum
□ 2 finely chopped onions
□ 1 bowl butter
□ 1 tsp amchur (raw mango powder)
□ 1 tsp jeera powder (cumin powder)
□ Fresh coriander
□ 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
□ 1 tsp coriander powder
□ salt
Dry masala
○ coconut
○ Black pepper
○ Black stone flower
○ sauf / fennel seeds
○ 1 black cardamom
○4-5 cloves
○ mace / javitri
○ cinnamom stick
○ 1 bay leaf
