McShave5 years ago Oh shit, look at the Hitman info graphics for the level on the main menu. It has all the stats on the destination selection. I hate having to dip in and out of level menus to see what I've done or not. This is so simple with a spider graph and everything. I wish we had this. New menu update incoming? .. ...Expand 75

Been playing hitman since the first game, and when absolution came out my reaction was essentially exactly what christian described, " it' s a perfectly decent action game, it' s just not a hitman game"but they absolutely nailed it with the new game(s) i miss the animation for assembling your rifle from the briefcase but still, it' s without question the best hitman game ever. ...Expand 2

i remember being 7 and watching my uncle playing on the ps2 hitman 2: silent assassin i would always ask to wat later in life i borrowed absolution for the 360 ( which played better on ps3) afterwards id look out for news about hitman, games. Even the films ( only one was good)
now am 17 playing hitman 1 & 2 on the ps4. Basically it was with me throughout my childhood & hopefully adulthood. Keep these games coming!. ...Expand 2

Frankieare5 years ago I remember being 10 years old and playing codename 47 on my pc way back when, it seems like a million years ago. I think contracts is still in my top five games of all time. Great doc.

yutro2134 years ago Hakan Abrak wasn't actually completely honest here, in the sense the decision to go episodic was not the initial one. He omitted that, when HITMAN was announced at E3 2015, it would be released complete with 6 locations (which is now the "first season"), and then having all expansions, DLCs, future levels (which is now HITMAN 2 and beyond) added for free if you had paid for the base game. A simple and bold business model, and I personally was all in, and I know many others were too. But when the "episodic format" was announced in January of 2016, they lost me and many others; it was strongly rumored it was Square Enix's decision to force HITMAN to be sold episodic and it bothers me Hakan omitted all this period, maybe part of dissolution deal with Square Enix was to make him keep quiet about this issue.
Anyway, I ended up only buying HITMAN (complete edition, of course) and HITMAN 2 much later, when both were in very discounted prices. .. ...Expand 4
