Tomato dosa in tamil | Thakkali Dosa | Dosa recipe in Tamil | Variety dosa recipes in tamil | Dosa variety in tamil Serving size 8 dosa preparation time 10 mins cooking time 5 mins Ingredients Measurement Dosa batter 10 laddle Tomato 6 Red chilly 2 coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Onion 2 Tomato sauce 8 Teaspoon Pepper powder 2 Teaspoon Coriander leaves 1 sprig Salt 1 Teaspoon Oil As needed Preparation Chop the Onion and Tomato Cooking 1. Pour 2 Teaspoon of oil in the pan 2. When the oil is heated add tomatoes. Saute it for 2 mins. 3. Then add Salt and Red chillies. Saute it until the tomatoes are mashed 4. Finally add Coriander power. Mix it well. Now switch off the flame 5. Transfer this into mixi jar. Grind it nicely 6. Add this into dosa batter and mix it well. 7. Heat the dosa pan. Pour 1 1/2 laddle of batter and spread it. 8. Sprinkle some Onion, Coriander leaves and tomato sauce. Cook this for 3 mins Tomto dosa is ready to serve
